Does this stick up above the cab? Also what does it weigh? Im pushing it on height already at 5” of lift and 42s
This jack is much smoother than a ratcheting farmer jack; much more control. Yes it is expensive but better tools always cost more. Only con I’ve seen is it can be sluggish in cold weather.
I had these the month they came out in Jan ‘21. I had them on that jeep for almost 3 years before it got a new owner. Great performance, great value, and very innovative with the design. They are so easy to use.
I could only dream about owning an AMW Jeep, my actual dream machine.
The connector doesn’t work with my freezer it connects for half an hour and after that it disconnects. Can’t connect again
🇪🇨🍊🇪🇦 felicidades muy chulo 👌👌🥂🥂
Looks great. That wonky badge would mess with my ocd though. $1,000+ rack needs to have the finishing touches done well imo!
I've got a jeep wrangler 2013 model and I put Valvoline 5.20 oil and Lucas synthetic high mileage and nock on wood my 3.6 is doing 👌 great. And I live in Tennessee
Let everyone know that this does not fit in a 2013 Jeep wrangler 3.6 v6 engine
Did you install the correct part? Baxter offers a few different adapters depending on the year of your Chrysler vehicle. This is the one that would fit your 2013 JK 3.6: www.northridge4x4.com/part/oil-filters/ms-101-bk-baxter-performance-cartridge-to-spin-on-oil-filter-adapter
Heard the oil on the 3.6 actually goes straight from the pump to the galleys, not the filter, making all of this pointless nonsense. Kind of believe that more than I believe the engineers being so oblivious
anybody happen to know what the JT Gladiator Mojave dana wide HD axles are? 44, 60, 80?
How do you see out the windshield with that much stuff blocking it?
Awesome video. Now here is what I am trying to find out what my friend needs to boost the height of his Ford C-Max. The C-Max is just a tough over 63 inches. And I want to boost the body up to where at least my seat is raised up by an additional 18 inches. So how many spacer lifts would I need to give it that boost? And while this is about lifting a vehicle, but inside the vehicle, I would love to find out how much lift I would need using the spacer lifts.
That’s amazing! How much 💵💵💵??

I live in the mountains. In the called 5 mi would be great. On top 30 is no problem for me. Haven’t had a chance to try further
Was that full throttle ??
No!
@@northridgenation and why not ??
@@blakemarchand6650 LOLLL
@@egenestarr1986 am I right ?
@@blakemarchand6650 yea if it was your i guess, im just laughing because we want it to be full throttle , some do it and some don’t
Does the 3.2 have the same problems as the 3.6? I think some problems can be caused by the extended oil life that these vehicles report in their maintenance computer. I don't trust the 10k oil life that it typically reports and change oil & filter at around 3k. I'm hoping that frequent oil changes are cheaper than an engine change at 100k.
Installed this little jewel 0n my '17 Willys and my start up tick went away almost immediately! Great product!!
Great to hear!
Does this design create any kind of vibration or ride issues with the body mount brackets sitting past the bushings instead of up against the body and the sliders bolted to the pinch weld? My intuition tells me the design effectively prevents the rubber body bushings from doing their job and/or puts undue strain on the pinch weld from what little movement the bushings do provide. But i could, of course, be completely wrong on this.
No problems whatsoever. We sell and install lots of these, they are a proven design. We've had them on that Bronco for over a year and no weird vibrations or ride issues.
@@northridgenation I just now realized that I had the same mount design on the Victory 4x4 sliders that I ran on my Colorado for 6y and they were great. Thank you for the follow up.
Will this work for a JK Jeep wrangler 2013 sport
Yes.
If you guys added servo motors to these you could offer them as a push button electronic disconnect.
That would be cool. A little over the top, but cool nonetheless.
At 2 years into a 10 year warranty it is far cheaper to just not do this swap.
Would this be applicable to the Chrysler 200 3.6?
All compatible vehicles are listed in the description & pinned comment section.
@@northridgenation oh cool! Thanks! 👍
Isn't that aftermarket axles in the Currie
I installed this on my jeep wrangler jl today. Video was great. Worst part was breaking basically all the clips on the removeal of the flare. rest of the work was straight forward. Thanks for the video - it was a great guide.
Glad it helped!
Couldn't you do the prime sequence before starting and accomplish the same thing without the adapter?
You can, if you want to abuse your starter.
Whats the brand of the front bumper and side rails?
The front bumper is a LOD Shorty: www.northridge4x4.com/part/front-bumpers/jfb1833-lod-signature-series-shorty-front-bumper-w-bull-bar-guard-black-powder-coated
And per the video, the sliders are LOD Destroyer series: www.northridge4x4.com/part/rockers-sliders/jrs1814-lod-destroyer-series-rock-sliders-black
🤣👌
I used this method on my Trans Am for putting headers on. Thanks for your time and knowledge! Mike in DFW
How does it affect the acceleration? Bc nonsaquash bronco have a 3.7 diff relation and sasquash have a 4.7 relation.
It is a little more sluggish, but that 10 speed is magic, you really don't notice it too much.
I installed Baxter's device on my Chrysler200 with the pentastar v6 after I installed an all aluminum oil cooler. No more valve rattle on start-up. Hopefully I saved it with only 52k miles on it.
Keep us updated!
Why on the instructions the image have the receiver of the back shocks front the chock 😂😂😂😂
What exactly is the purpose of this thing
Totally cosmetic.....Looks and to hold lights.
@@northridgenation gotcha, that's what I was thinking but didn't know if I was missing something
Excellent thabks so much for the tips and torque and the sizes
Glad to help
84 days wait period on the website?? Is this correct?
That ETA is a little old now. Apex told us end of June before they ship out the next run of those. The back orders are stacking up though, so if you want a set, get your order in and get on the list before this next batch runs out.
The tire size setting instructions were not correct for my 2021 JT Mojave, the factory setting for my tire size had 33.07, my new 35 in tires measured 33.25 so my shifting should not have been as bad as it was, 33in tires are really closer to 31in in width, 35in closer to 33in and so on. I set it to 35.07 to match my tire size, not literal width and the shifting was sooo much better so no need to measure and use a level just use the tire size but you will figure that out pretty quick, just look as what the factory set for comparison.
Great video as always! Only comment is music could be a little more 'background'. I ran it slow-mo during bumper reinstall and even paused it, the spacers between the frame horns and bumper were not in place as you tightened...I do not want to use the spacers as the bumper sticks out too far as it is, what might not fit properly if you do not install the spacers? Is this something that just varies from Jeep to Jeep due to varying tolerances? Thanks!
Yes, you really do need to run the spacers. Those are only a 1/4", that's not much at all.
Show them at night ..
I gone lift my toyota fortuner 2006 in front i need new springs and shock becose i will install a steel bumper so more weight but the back i am not sure can i juse a spacer ?
Yes, you could use a spacer in the rear.
Snake oil? 🤔
No, these really make a different in quieting down those loud starts. The Pentastar (and other newer engines) have timing belt tensioners and cam phasers that need oil volume and pressure to get them up to operating levels.
I had this installed and having nothing but problems. It pops and creaks. So disappointed with it and going to remove it this week
If it is popping and creaking, something wasn't installed correctly.
Absolute rip off , does not work , made the issue worst and oil pressure light would not go away after three pressure sensors, the problem was this product. Do not buy this you'll only make the issue worst. Just change the rocker arm and lifters when the time comes .
We've had zero issues with ours; could it be it was installed wrong?
I have a question; 1998 Dodge ram 1500, 2wd. Came stock with i think 15" wheels. I put 4th gen 17.5s on it, and i have negative camber, with the top of the wheel tipped in almost 1.5 inches from center. I know longer upper arms or shorter lowers would work, or moving the holes for the de lum bolts out would correct as well. My mind is telling me a 3" spacer might also correct this, thing is, im not right all the time. What say you, Proff?
That depends on the suspension geometry. If the suspension loses camber as it droops, then that could help a little. If the suspension gains camber as it droops, it would make it worse. A set of replacement upper arms that correct the geometry would be your best bet.
I'm not finding it on the website. Could you provide a link?

Can we use ATF+4 for the transmission fluid change ? Mopar uses 8&9 speed ATF for the transmission and ATF+4 for the transfer case. Is there a difference between the two ? I feel like they're the same and Mopar just wants to sell us more stuff.
As long as it meets or exceeds both Mopar and ZF specs you'll be fine.
